By installing or using ShipSafe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
ShipSafe is a Shopify application that analyzes shipping addresses to identify potential delivery issues. The App provides:
- Automated address validation and risk scoring
- Order tagging and notes in Shopify admin
- Customer-facing address confirmation pages
- Analytics and reporting tools
3. Account Requirements
To use ShipSafe, you must have an active Shopify store and be authorized to install applications on that store.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
- Use the App to discriminate against customers based on protected characteristics
5. Service Limitations
ShipSafe provides address validation as a decision-support tool. The App:
- Does not guarantee the accuracy of any address validation
- Does not automatically cancel, hold, or modify orders
- Should not be the sole basis for fulfillment decisions
You are responsible for all decisions regarding order fulfillment. ShipSafe is an assistive tool, not a replacement for human judgment.
6. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is displayed on our website and within the Shopify App Store. All payments are processed through Shopify Billing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your account according to your selected plan.
7. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied with ShipSafe for any reason within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
8. Intellectual Property
ShipSafe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may terminate your use of ShipSafe at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
