How do I install ShipSafe?

Visit the Shopify App Store and search for "ShipSafe" or click our install link. The installation takes less than 30 seconds and requires no configuration.

What happens when an address is flagged?

ShipSafe adds emoji tags to your orders in Shopify and includes detailed notes explaining why the address was flagged. You can then review and take action.

Does ShipSafe automatically cancel orders?

No. ShipSafe only flags orders for review. You always have full control over what actions to take. We believe merchants should make the final decision.

How do customer confirmation emails work?

When an address is flagged, ShipSafe can automatically send the customer an email with a secure link to confirm or update their address. This happens in the background.

Can I customize which rules are active?

Currently, all rules are active by default. We're working on customization options. Let us know which customizations would be most valuable for you!

Is my data secure?

Yes. We only access the data we need to validate addresses. We don't store sensitive customer data, and all communications are encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
