ShipSafe adds emoji tags to your orders in Shopify and includes detailed notes explaining why the address was flagged. You can then review and take action.
No. ShipSafe only flags orders for review. You always have full control over what actions to take. We believe merchants should make the final decision.
When an address is flagged, ShipSafe can automatically send the customer an email with a secure link to confirm or update their address. This happens in the background.
Currently, all rules are active by default. We're working on customization options. Let us know which customizations would be most valuable for you!
Yes. We only access the data we need to validate addresses. We don't store sensitive customer data, and all communications are encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
